Is your space too big, too small, too open, too crowded, need an update, or just needs help - Goddard Construction is here to help on all your home remodeling or home improvement projects. We are just an email or phone call away. We will set up an appointment for one of our estimators to come and meet you at your home to see what you would like to do, talk of your plans and dreams, and help bring those dreams into reality.
We can help do small handyman agendas, lay new tile/hardwood/carpet floors, fix a water leak and repair a bathroom, remodel the kitchen so it fits your needs, make a bathroom handicap accessible, add an addition for more room, and even build a custom home for you, you choose!
Please note that estimates do take time to get accurate numbers - at least a good week, sometimes more, depending on how intricate your estimate is. Should you just need a ballpark so you can plan and save, we have a plan for that too (read below).
The most common questions is probably "how much is this going to cost me?" This is the beginning of any plan....the ballpark.
Needing more space, dreaming of a remodeled kitchen, the kids want a pool and Mom wants a patio...we can help create the first step and see if the goal is feasible now or later. Is this Ballpark within your means or must more saving and planning be done?
Once you get a Ballpark estimate you can determine if this is something to pursue now or put off until later or change your plans altogether.
Because these estimates are "ballpark" they are in the area of a price range and don't take as long for the estimate. If acceptable, the project can go to the next step. This might be going back to the "free estimate" or if more detailed, might go to the "drawings" for a more detailed approach. We are here to serve you and you are in control of your home project.
Some projects are so detailed that they need drawings. We are here to help.
These drawings vary in price depending on detail, the amount of time needed, and the size of the project. The price of the drafting plans is separate from your estimate and does not go toward the payment of your remodeling project.
When the drawings are complete and a contract signed, you will receive your plans, specifications, a timeline, and your budget.
